You can request deletion of your account and personal data in either of the following ways:

• In the mobile app: open the app, go to Profile > Delete Account, read the confirmation details and confirm. The app will erase your account and sign you out.
• By email: send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to rahulchhabriabespoke@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my account” and your registered phone number or email address. Our team will verify and process your request.

When your account is deleted, we will remove the personal data we hold about you that is tied to your account, including:

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, password).
• Your saved shipping addresses.
• Your cart and wishlist.
• Your custom-size and measurement records (where stored against the account).

Certain records are kept even after your account is deleted, where we are required to retain them by law or for the legitimate handling of completed transactions:

• Order and payment/invoice records: retained for the period required by applicable Indian tax and accounting law ( 2 years ). These records may retain limited details such as your name, billing/shipping address and order items, but are no longer used for marketing.
• Logs and backups, for a limited technical period.

Deletion is completed within 30 working days of a successfully verified request. We will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

Requests to deactivate or pause your account do not delete your data. If you want your personal data removed, please follow the deletion steps above.
