We share personal information only with the service providers needed to operate the website and app:

• Razorpay — payment gateway. When you pay, your card, UPI and bank details are entered and processed inside Razorpay’s secure hosted checkout; we only receive the payment status and transaction reference.
• Google / Firebase — sign in with Google and (where you choose it) Sign in with Apple. Google authentication is provided by Firebase; we receive your name and email when you sign in with Google.
• WhatsApp Business (Meta) — we use WhatsApp Cloud API to send you one-time passwords (OTP) and order updates by WhatsApp.
• Email services (Gmail SMTP) — used to send verification emails, reset-password links and order notifications.
• Web hosting and infrastructure — the provider that serves this website and the API.

We do not currently run third-party advertising, analytics or tracking scripts on our website, and we do not sell your personal information. Any cookies used on the website are described in our Cookie Policy.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for the periods required by law. Specifically:

• Account data (name, email, phone, address, cart, wishlist) — for as long as your account exists, and deleted when you delete your account.
• Order and invoice records — retained for the period required by applicable Indian tax and accounting law (2 years).
• OTP and verification records — deleted after verification completes or expires.
• Security and maintenance logs — for a limited technical period.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To update your details, use the profile settings on the website or app. To delete your account and the associated personal data, follow the instructions on our Account and Data Deletion page. We will honour verified deletion requests unless we are required by law to retain certain records.

Our website, products and services are not directed to children. The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, and we will delete any such information if we become aware of it.
