Rahul Chhabria is a made-to-order fashion house. Because every piece is crafted to your order and, where applicable, to your measurements, we do not stock or resell finished goods.
Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. As a general policy we do not provide cash refunds; where an order is cancelled, you may redeem the amount for another outfit.
Non-returnable Items
All products sold by Rahul Chhabria are made to order. Items that are customised or made to your measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (for all products ).
